i cant wait until gen z enters the home market and starts renovating these instantly dated 2020s/2010s era interiors, the 80s interior was the true timeless one, everyone gets a home vibe from wood, gray invokes the feeling of an office building and does not feel like home. these renovations are also usually cheap and ineffective, the destruction of countless mid century to late century interiors of every architectural type is a tragedy in design, should we really sit back and let our world be uglier? we need an aesthetic revolution.

Sadly context only makes these statistics even worse. Considering one of the worse in the country for apartment availability and even worse for new apartment construction is Denver, CO and it's equivalent number is 13,414. So phoenix which is almost 2.5 times bigger than Denver had only 2574 more new apartments.

Sp couple things do you do de-core designs for people that send in their measurements & basic floor plan for you to update? Second have you thought of doing a floating tiny house whereby you put a 5th wheel shell on a deck boat or barge? That would be awesome as a portable hunting camp base ( i.e., even to spike camp from) Lastly are you actually a redhead cause it's hard to see any freckles on your completion? & suggest if you are show it off less than like 2% are redheads esp. so with green eyes. Bet you'll end up with more likes & watchers if your channel...

If you want only the positive spin on moving to Phoenix then this is the video for you but I would title this video "5 things you WANT to know about moving to Phoenix, AZ" not need to know lol. What you need to know is the people, culture, schools, pay, traffic, weather, chain restaurants, angry old people, and just about everything sucks. UNLESS your into every activity is centered around getting drunk, golfing, laying around a pool, being left alone, shooting guns, and being in a cheaper city than anything else it's size. Lets just say there's a reason why the witness protection agency's favorite location city is phoenix is because people stay inside and do not talk with neighbors.

I'm doing a kitchen on a strict budget. My ONE splurge is a Blanco double black sink with stainless steel grids to protect the sink bottom and black sink drains. I was able to turn off my Cable Tv for 4 months to gain $400.00 that plus the Amazon Prime sale and $30.00 for using Discover Card "cash back" points brought my sink price down to a little over $400.00 cash out-of-pocket. This sink will not scratch, chip nor crack and should never stain. I won't ever regret this splurge!

This kitchen is too white. All they did was paint everything white put new hardware on the pulls and sinks. New appliance and stools. The owners could have done it themselves. She took out cabinet space for that ugly huge vent. The is no contrasting depth of colors, it is too stark. The wood floor is just.................NO. No shades or blinds in the windows? I could go on how awful this make over is but I will stop.

I liked the original cabinets better....TOO MUCH BRIGHT WHITE!
